Zipline Tours are available by reservation only. Arizona Zipline Adventures Business Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Thursday-Sunday. Peppersauce Kitchen Hours are 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
What exactly is Arizona Zipline Adventures?
We like to think of ourselves as a space for everyone. We offer Arizona’s fastest Zipline EcoTour, gold panning fun, short hiking trails, a general store filled with local goods and gifts, a place to enjoy delicious- seasonal food from Peppersauce Kitchen and an awesome porch to enjoy the views from. You can get just about anything you need whether you are spending the day with us, or are heading up Mt. Lemmon Road to Summerhaven.
Do you have to make a reservation?
Reservations are highly recommended! Reserve your spot now by visiting our Adventures Page. A minimum of 2 people are required for a tour to run.

Where is it located?
We are situated on the northeast side of the Catalina Mountains, just one hour north of Tucson and two hours south of Phoenix, in an area that borders the Sonoran and Chihuahan Deserts. Click here for directions.
What activities do you offer groups?
If your group is looking for something to help develop relationships or simply have fun, we are happy to tailor a package just for you! Aside from our Zipline EcoTour, we have a Giant Swing and a great space for enjoying a day out of the office. Please fill out the form on the groups page for more information.
What do you have available at the store?
We are happy to offer a variety of locally sourced goods, t-shirts, sweaters, hats, gifts, delicious food from Peppersauce Kitchen and AZA swag!
Is it appropriate to tip your guide?
Absolutely! The general tipping standard is 10% - 15% per person.
What if the weather is unsuitable to Zip?
Arizona Zipline Adventures operates rain, snow or shine. We will make every effort to complete your tour as scheduled. In dangerous weather conditions such as lightning (within 8 miles), high winds (40+mph), extreme rain we may need to delay or cancel your tour. If your tour is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will happily offer you a “rain check” or refund.
Can I bring a camera?
CAN I DRINK BEFORE I ZIPLINE?
Arizona Zipline Adventures has a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY. No participants that appear to be impaired or is in any way endangering the safety of themselves or others will be permitted to partake in the scheduled activities. No refund will be offered. Our patio is BYOB, so you are more than welcome to enjoy an adult beverage after your tour.
dOES THE MILITARY DISCOUNT APPLY TO ONLY ACTIVE MILITARY?
The military discount applies to veterans and present military- each military person must present an ID. This does not apply to military dependents or family members.
Do you sell beer?
We sell only non-alcoholic beverages in our General store. Drink options include Sarsaparilla, Cream Soda, Mexican Coke, Gatorade, Water, Teas, etc. Drinking is not permitted prior to any AZA facilitated activity, however, guests may BYOB to enjoy adult beverages after their activity with us!

What should I wear?
Active-outdoor clothing! In order to be most comfortable in our harnesses and on our trails, we recommend long shorts, capris or pants. Closed-Toe Shoes are REQUIRED. We also recommend sunscreen, chap-stick, and sunglasses.
How much does it cost?
Pricing varies by age, and group size. Visit our Adventures page for more details. Military personnel must present ID to receive discount.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online by visiting our Adventures page and selecting the "book now" button under the activity description. For a group of more than 8 people, you must use the form on our Adventures page or call to make a reservation.

What are the requirements fOR THE ZIPLINE TOURS?
- All participants must weigh between 50 and 250 lbs. (fully clothed), be capable of following instructions, ascending and descending stairs, and walking on light hiking trails. Arizona Zipline Adventures has a zero-tolerance policy. No participants that appear to be impaired or is in any way endangering the safety of themselves or others will be permitted to partake in the scheduled activities. Ziplining is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant, thinks they might be pregnant, or suffers from recent neck or back injuries. All participants must wear closed-toe shoes. Those not meeting tour requirements during tour check-in will not be refunded or rescheduled.
HOW SAFE IS IT?
Our zipline has been built to the Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) standards. It is inspected by our staff daily and by an ACCT certified inspector periodically. Our staff have extensive training in ropes systems.
How do you get from one line to the next?
Our course involves some light hiking in between spans. We designed it this way so that you can experience the desert from changing perspectives.
How long does the Zipline EcoTour take?
The full Zipline EcoTour takes approximately 2 hours with up to 8 people in each group and includes a ride on all 5 of our ziplines.
How many lines are there?
There are 5 different zipline spans. They range in length from 400 ft. to 1,500 ft.
How high off the ground will i be?
The tallest zipline is 80 feet high.
Do I have to sign anything?
Yes, each participant will be required to sign a liability waiver. You will receive a link in your confirmation email to fill the waiver out in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
To help us plan ahead and ensure the best possible experience for our guests, tours are offered by reservation. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to scheduled tour time to ensure a smooth check in process. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please call us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled tour to receive a full refund. Late arrivals, no-shows, cancellations for bookings within 48 hours of scheduled tour, and those not meeting tour requirements during tour check-in will not be refunded or rescheduled. Large group bookings that need to cancel or reschedule, please call us no later than 7 days prior to scheduled tour or activity in order to receive a full refund. All gift card sales are final. Please review all tour requirements and plan your day and travel arrangements accordingly.
Do you have somewhere we can keep our belongings while we zip?
Yes, we have free lockers for you to use while you are out adventuring!
Can I sign up to zipline alone?
Absolutely! We have a trip minimum of 2 people which means that there needs to be at least 2 people booked on the tour for us to go out. If you are signing up as an individual, just be sure that there are other people already signed up for the tour!
